Do my mly shares covert to Copr shares or are they considered separate companies

As I understand we will recieve COPR shares for 2-3 shares of MLY - we will still keep our MLY shares and have COPR shares.

so multi shares are worthless and idaho copper is nothing without moly shares. still halted with no end insight.
