I came across a commentary on Market Sanity released just this September.6 About 16 minutes in
Casey describes the licence issue as a clerical error by the Zambian authorities.
He was a substantial subsciber to the recent private placement and goes on to describe Midnight Sun as" good a shot for a 10 to 1 maybe much more "

At least the institutional investor is beginning to take notice of the extreme profit opportunity
