Minco Base Metals

over 10 yrs ago this was spun out from Minco Gold or Silver...  now it is being taken private for 79 cents a share.

Anyone have the shares?  I dont think they ever traded.

Have held there shares for the past 10 years. Not been a Great experience since I bought at 1.50. The fact they plan to go private indicates the main players see value. For me I will be glad to surrender my shares at .78

None of the minco companies answer emails or the phone. Lifestyle companies that fund themselves, no concern for shareholders.

Just checked my TD account..............Sept 22/20..............3,000 shares of Minco Base metals sold for $120 PLUS $2,250.00 dividend! Not bad for a holding I had all but forgotten about!
