Minco capital

I was expecting my .78 buyout but was informed that the Minco Capital shares do not qualify only Minco mining shares. It appears that when we agreed to the transfer of Minco Mining to Minco Capital we lost all rights to the mining shares. Has anyone else experienced this? It seems highly irregular.
