Is You Is or Is You Ain’t My Baby

You can follow how Odessey Gold is coming along with its capital raises relating to the acquisition of the Stakewell project and Tuckanara .

It seems they are having difficulties raising capital as the prospectus keeps being updated through sequential delays of more than a month.

The latest prospectus was updated on Nov 27 and expected to close on Dec 11.

Its difficult to tell from the information available whether they did successfully raise the $3.15 m .

Take a look and see what you think.

But, the big increases will come from underground development below ...more

Didn't the Murchison pruchase came with a mill? I think it is not as operation ready as Baldock claimed it to be, but still it is ...more

Nozz - this sounds very encouraging but I have a question - with our SP at .085 why would an investor not come in and buy up all stock avail and then take this over.

Hardly anyone knows about Monument. Our vaunted IR program is really that good, LOL. But, really, there is not a lot of shares for sale. Why would anyone sell at these prices with the assets that we have. I would suggest that the real float here is less than 30 m shares..

If I could add to that... An investor would have to go to the open market, and buy shares..... and that would drive up the bid and ask without any quarantee of being successful to get a majority amount of shares to be successful in this type of takeover for a majority ownership of Monument Mining. The only way would be to have someone organize all the minority shareholder under one cover, and ...more
