I see by "sedi", that Cathy was minus 1,000,000 RSU's , and then bought 1,000,000 shares at .11CAD, are these shares from the company's treasury, because that many shares didn't trade on the open market? And if they were from the company's treasury, would it add to the outstanding shares, that the company has issued It's nice as a shareholder to see MMY moving forward, both in value, and it's actions. The company should think about some outside promotional activities to "get the story out". If you could give me an informative answer, I would post to show the explanation." Kind regards, Richard O'Mara Richard Cushing's reply: Hi Richard, "The RSUs can only be redeemed for shares. If redeemed the RSU count goes down and shares outstanding goes up.
