Malaco Take over at most 56 Days away

How can the share price remain so low when Malaco paid $.50 a share in January 2020,
If memory serves me right the stock was trading in around $.07.

Dato, is aware of the true valuation of Monument Mining and it's more then $.50 a share.

Our past leaders were not competent to grow Monument, they had good cash flow, lots of cash and a good future. They are people that are accustomed to operating junior mining companies with a past record of failure.

Then came the real deal, Monument Mining and they had no  knowledge of operating with lots of profits and cash on hand. They were used to running cash starved money losing ventures.

We shareholders, like Dato seen the potential of Monument Mining.

Dato is taking over or taking control of Monument Mining and with him comes the proper knowledge to grow Monument's assets.

There are  lots of good news build up within Monument Mining.

Why the lack of any recent updates?

I suspect Dato, has been busy and soon the news and stock price will reflect the new reality.

From Richard's post yesterday;

Lumper, Malaysia, announces that the Malaco acquired beneficial ownership or control an aggregate of 30 million common shares (collectively, the "Shares") of Monument Mining Limited of Vancouver, BC. Canada (the "Issuer", listed at Toronto Stock Venture Exchange: MMY).

I do agree with you re Dato. Good things began to happen when he came onboard . Baldock was given the boot. Instead of waiting forever to monetize our sulphide gold assets via a very expensive Biox route, Dato chose the Floatation concentrate route  which provides 70% of the Biox route profits for just 40% of the capex costs. Bakdock was too ashamed to sell Mengapher because he could not ...more

It may not end there. I believe Malaco still has an operating mining subsidiary in Australia called Mt Cuthbert. And Malaco Group is a subsidiary of Diamond Hard Mining Pty which I believe is a conglomerate. So, in such a milieu of cash, Australian subsidiary, Malaco and Diamond Hard, lots of things can happen very quickly
