Malaco Take over at most 43 Days away

Thank You NOZZ for all the great insight and reviews on our Monument Mining.

Because of you, we have a much better understanding of our investment, much of what your seeing must be similar to what Malaco has observed too the point they spent a considerable amount of money to take control.

I'm still in the camp that Malaco is going to bring forward a take over offer and I anticipate it to come in at $.30 a share.

As I noted, we must be ready to react if we are not treated fairly and legally.

The following recent new release has a section that is a concern, they increased drilling without releasing a news release when the insiders knew or should have known, what other public disclosures are being withheld?
The directors have information that the shareholders are not aware of.
This type of lack of  disclosure  impacts the share price.

A total of 46 RC holes for 3,465m were completed against a plan of 12 holes for 1,260m, comprised of 1,301m for the planned Munro Bore Extension and additional 2,164m for the FLC2 and FLC3 prospects that was originally planned in the phase two. It was brought forward to take advantage of increased drill rig availability.

I agree and sent Cathy an email on this. Cathy   This was a very good News Release, but it leads me to one big question.   The additional drilling is very good item in the News Release but this should have been released to the public as it could have affected the Share Price.   This is the kind of issues that the majority of our complaining about.

In all fairness they did this because a rig became available . Informing shareholders would have taken time and would we have said no ?   We can`t get to the point where we are knit picking about minor items when we have bigger fish to fry . I expect the people working in the field to be able to make decisions on the spot . They are the experts , not me .  If there is fraud ...more
