I have provided such evidence previously but this is yet another example of management violating the timely disclosure of material news..

his Junior minor in Murchison began drilling on July 5/21 ,...MMY began July 3/21...and announced its maiden drill results on October....just three months later.
 

So, to repeat, no excuses for holding back our assays buy why remains speculative..

Maybe with them just using a "star" drill, and sledge hammer..... it takes time to gather enough broken core sample to send in for assay They are not the swiftest you know ........ ........Richard

Are they strictly required to disclose results? There has recently been some chatter on the board of another of my holdings that this isn't actually mandatory

Material news is defined as any event that, when made public  changes the share price. Monument provided times when the assays would begin to be released, starting with September , then sequentially deferring for reasons that remain unclear.
