Their is an issue with past AGM voting.

''Majority Voting Rules

For a corporation governed by the CBCA and which is a reporting issuer under securities laws, the corporation must allow shareholders to vote “for” or “against” individual director nominees in an uncontested election, rather than vote “for” or “withhold” their vote under the BCBCA.

Subject to the corporation’s articles, where only one nominee is up for election for each board seat and less than 50% of the votes cast by shareholders are “for” a particular director nominee, such nominee will not be elected as a director. However, if an incumbent director is not elected by a majority of “for” votes at the meeting, s/he will still be permitted to continue in office until the earlier of (a) the 90th day after the day of the election; and (b) the day on which their successor is appointed or elected.''

Gazoo , how about you just respond to the question I asked you this morning and stop muddying the waters with this trivia about voting when most of the people you are posting to don`t vote , because 30 seconds on a lap top to vote is too much time .       I`m begging you ! Please tell me if Dato` came up with this idea for a jurisdiction change so he can steal my shares for 12
