cousin gert?

you seem to b following this closley now this is my question?

Moa owns 30 % of vlake and ric owns 70% now Moa has an option to get the remaining 70 %.
1 is there a deadline to buy that 70%?
2 can ric refuse to sell the 70%?
3 how much will it cost?
4technincslly mar owns 50% of the 30% stake so 15% total will mar end up owning 50 % after ric is bought out or willo mar still own 15 % while moa owns the rest?

Anyone else that can shed some light here is welcome to do so?

Still waiting to ...more

Where's the news release or information regarding the additional claims they purchased around Valentine Lake I keep hearing about?? And wouldn't that be a part of the MAR/MOA JV doing that buying?? 22 holes done so far. The first being a two drill hole result on June 15th and then these 7, so by my math there should be 13 holes (or more) we're waiting for, visible gold ...more

C2 - I believe that the claims likely were not purchased but staked. Normal business to pick up on anything available in the area that is of interest...thus freebies except for whatever are the annual exploration costs required to maintain them in good standing...C.G.
