After Market Close

Anyone else think the company may come out with the 43-101 after close today?

Seems like it's time to me??

Hi BJ and my answer is "no". From here in Houston and when I saw no U.S. symbol for Marathon Gold ( T.MOZ ) several days ago, I called Charles Schwab Global Services and asked if indeed Marathon Gold had one ( foreign identity ). The chap stated that he was able to identify the company but it was being "seasoned", that is, considered as an 'IPO' and not tradable in ...more

No...better not be.  Generally, bad news comes out on Fridays and really bad news comes out after the close on Fridays.Resource Estimate due in December.  Even Marathon is still saying that in their little presentation (which is the only thing on their new web site).  It would seem to me that the delay is starting to show with very little buying interest.tC

that the MOZ website shows no warrants and no options. Fully diluted under 18 million shares.I would think that they would want to price options for their staff in the 1.40 to 1.50 range before any positive news so that may be the reason with the gradual decline.

I am sure thier staff owned Mar Pgm and already own a lot of the 18 million outstanding. The deal they made was perfect. Helps them move faster on things. On another note and again I dont pump but its all related. Coro mining and Btc both had a great run today signiling that favourable news on the permit is on the horizon. If coro gets the permit then they will be worth 1.3 billion pounds of ...more

I agree, only bad news comes out on Friday's after market's close. What we really need to see is a Trading Halt called when the new is to be released during the trading day. Under those circumstances I've never seen bad news delivered like that. Anyway, I'm still partial to Monday's for news for some reason.....
