MOA valuation estimate is $.40 plus

Mr B. on a quick first read I believe you have missed what this deal is all about...MOA shareholders are going to be owning 40% MOZ(about 20MM MOZ shares) once the deal is concluded in exchange for MOA's 50% of VLake: plus MOA's current shareholders are retaining all of the rest of the company( 100% of Glover Island...100% of Little River and 100% Bobbys Pond) under a newly named Mountain Lake Minerals.

The MOZ piece alone is worth $.30(based on MOZ's closing price and come with lots of upside due to them now in control of 100% of VLake) and then you need to add to that what the market will price the new named Mountain Lake Minerals at in order to get the full value of the deal..At this point this value is a guess, but it is bound to be worth quite a few millions starting out on Day 1.

Conservatively then MOA should be quickly moving to the $.40 plus range in order to reflect the valuations detailed in today's NR. Thus about a 60% premium to MOA's closing price..not bad in a tough market especially with the opportunity to gain from MOZ's VLake upside(remember J.Frank Zone could soon become a second VLake deposit!!!)....looking good..C.Gert
