It's just a guess I know, but how much?...........

That is where the premium is in this transaction,  as the .40 in MOZ shares valves the MOA shares equally in a dollar sense at this market value.......even trade sort of speak.

Now if you bought MOA at a higher valve some years ago, than this is all a loss..!!

Trouse....here is how stupid the markets currently are.....if you owned MOZ shares you could sell your MOZ today at $.75 and buy exactly enough MOA at $.30 to get all you MOZ shares back from the structured deal plus get the the Mountain Lake Minerals holding you would also receive FOR FREE....if you sold at higher that $.75 or bought lower that $.30, you would actually get more MOZ than back than
