Why did Vale walk away?

It looks like Vale conducted a low resolution, property wide geophysical survey.  They drilled what they thought were their best targets, found little and moved on (they also missed Filo del Sol).  In regional reconnaissance you get get jaded by map sheet after map sheet of nothing.  MOG is the first to take a detailed look at the Filo Sur property.
