If the underwriters are willing to pay $2 per share in maple, they see value on the assets purchased. The reverse stock-split was a good move in order to reduce the shares issued. At this price, with $55m credit facility undrawn in the bank, good money can be made from this stock. Also if a 1 - 12 split takes place at .17c the price will be consolidated to $2.04 This reminds me of spartan energy.

Whether any oil or gas are found is not important right now, there is great momentum going forward in the short term. I don't invest in exploration companies, because it's too risky. Their bank be empty before any commodities are found. However at present they do have $55m to play around with. If they announce news regarding another asset aquisition, this will be flying. I agree.....if you dive in deeper and look at what Walls(and HIS group) brings fourth to this emerging intermediate, it will have the same trajectory as a Spartan. Companies that he has sold off in the past to the likes of Poco Petroleums or Tourmaline or Pacific Rubialis, connections to the likes of Chesapeake(CHK) means Walls and his group mean business. My block went through at .175 :) Over 80% of the shares are held by the underwriters, so going forward I'm comfortable holding shares at this price. Once rollback takes place, I expect price to go upwards.
