No leadership, CEO takes all the money

I am sure the CEO is laughing all the way to the bank...owns the building...about 15 people in 10,000+ square feet. His other companies charge for services and likely they dont tender for best price. The President has no experience...from Sales to President..no business training.really?   Board is complicit but wiith one Board member in his mid 90s  likely staying up is a major accomplishment.   Company things they are like Pfizer...more like Enron
