Question is how much will the dividend raise the stock? How much will it be? If they provide some guidance, along with it plus their potential deal flow the stock will have no problem hitting 35 cents.

I would expect the divy to be average 7 % yield, but here is the big question ? At what price ? All the deals were done at 39 to 66 cents , so I would think they will payout one cash flow. Say we cash flow 2.5 millon on 74 mil share's is my guess. I would say 0.05 cents a quarter today ?  This would keep lots of cash to grow and increase the numbers as we have better oil and gas prices . ...more

I would base the divvy on 40 cents as well. 0.05 sounds about right...a 7 percent yield would be a good start. Price will rise and your divvy may be closer to 6 percent.
