great property, but

inability or unwillingness of the company to spend money on promotion is hampering its progress stockwise. I believe the extension happened because they didn't want to dilute the stock at an average of 8 cents a share. Maybe they can show some leadership and invest in the company by buying up all the stock to a quarter and then doing a financing at that level. Insiders need to step up and do some BUYING.
