Within days!

From Mira's last report.  "Mira anticipates announcing the results of these combined tests towards the end of November or first week in December."  We will begin to see a rise in the SP as each day passes bringing us closer to news.

There has been six million shares accumulated in the last three trading sessions at this level. Must say I do like the chart!

Accumulated? How do you know they weren't DUMPED? How can you tell the difference?
Comment by statsman1 on Nov 29, 2011 11:05am
The Chaikin Money Flow seems to indicate that accumulation has been taking place for much of 2011. The Chaikin Money Flow has been bullish (i.e., positive) throughout the year except for a two-week period in late June when there was a steep sell-off. Public Heel,The Haywood report from November 15th states.. "Johnathan Moore who owns 7.3 million common shares (5.8% of the total). So yes I'd imagine he was accumulating.

Every time someone buys a share, accumulation is occurring. Every time someone sells a share (which, believe it or not, occurs exactly as often), someone is dumping. What I object to is mindless cheerleading about accumulation occurring, with no mention of the simultaneous dumping. If anything, the awful share-price action of the last week would indicate that the dumping has the upper hand ...more

Yes obviously for every buyer there is a seller, that's what makes a market. The question you asked was about Johnathan More. He was the buyer. As the CEO, that will do me. Don't care who the seller(s) was, and if they were short-term traders or whatever. Even Mr. More will be looking beyond next week, next month, I'm pretty sure.

Haha...I popped on my computer to see how we were doing today and was in for quite the surprise!  Does anybody know anything I don't know?  I'm blown away to think the SP is lower than before we found out that re-entry testing was successful, and above expectations...
Comment by Public_Heel on Nov 29, 2011 1:22pm
Well, let's hope that More made a good buy. I very much doubt that he could have foreseen that they'd announce blockbuster results for TSB-1 and the share price would end up LOWER after a mere six days. I suspect that he was thinking like the rest of us, that good results would lead to a price spike and the ability to dilute at a decent level, like .40 or higher. Maybe U7 flow rates will ...more

Some one or some company with lots of share is bringing down the price to load up. Other than that it defies logic!

With the sucessful re entry Mira has now proven this asset (Tom Shot Bank) and given their company a much higher valuation then the market is showing them right now. This field is proven to contain a large amount of oil, and the 5 zones (U9.5 9 8 7 and 4) tested from tsb1 contain extremly large oil pay zones. Mira is production testing the bottom and top of the U7 and the U4 of tsb1 ...more

what good is that if they dont have money to get the oil out. they cant even borrow money. more dilution coming.if they need 30M, thats effective 100% dilution at current price. you will get lots of time to buy back cheaper when pp announce.

STUPID COMMENT !!!!!!!!!!
Comment by tannin on Nov 29, 2011 3:52pm
I think you're right, tigersea; it's all about the potential dilution required to get this show on the road, whether 100 % or not, I don't know. The current price swoon suggests, to me anyway, that some sort of financing has already been arranged, at something under current prices - maybe 20 cents plus warrants ????
