as photoman posted, one of the two was with appointment to chairman...  both were private transactions as opposed to public.  However, what keeps me in this company is the public purchase/support when the stock is low, and the options issued in the high 30s.  While some of the support buys are small, I am trusting that they are motivated by money as well, and if they thought it was
