What About the Shareholders?

By the time this bull is out of the slaughterhouse all that will be left for the common shareholder will be some skin and bones, Why are these guys allocating themselves pieces of this company bit by bit but BELOW MARKET VALUE S/P hits .32 and they issue options at .30? way to encourange hard work! And the PP they had at .20 closed only to insiders while the shares were trading at .25-.26 in the open market for months! I like the play but so far I have not been happy with the inside deals. They surely know its worth lots and they are delaying things so that they can load themselves cheaply and that borders on the line! Just my opinion, or am I missing something here? they could have raised more money to the company if they had gone public on the PP at .25. They could have converted those depentures at urrent value and should have issued those options at higher prices to encourage growth!

Who do you think pushed the stock back from the .12 range... If they wanted to fill their boots they could have done the placement at .10 and nobody would have said much a couple months ago.... Heck they put a lot of skin in the game and financing MRP looks good in retrospect to the selloff the market created.... There was a good size short that I'm sure would have loved to cover with

you win stupid comment of the year with this one. Call the company, like i did, ask why the options were set today? Answer was that the pp had to be done before First Energy announcement. They could have set these options weeks ago at a much lower rate but was advised by lawyers to wait for all announcements to be done first.  As soon as this director exercised his debenture he became a

Amen 11, Thanks for educating me about my right to sell this public company, what would I do without your advice? Do you by chance believe that calling people stupid is the best way to behave on a public board? Did you also have anwers as to why the recent PP was closed and well below the market price? Well I bet it was to raise money to pay expensis right? So why was it only issued to management
