Could these two companies merge?

What are the possibilities of Mira Resources Corp. merging with Aldrin Resources? As of January 31, 2012 Thomas Cavanagh is appointed President of ALN; which is currently President of MRP...after all they are located exactly at the same address in the same suite (Suite 2020-401 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC.) Aldrin’s website under construction???

A real possibility to me, Aldrin stated that they would diversify their focus when Thomas was appointed.( I read that to mean fromm minerals to oil). I think that could be the option B if acquisation does not value Mira suitably. Aldrin has money, I think it was about 40M in bank and Mira needs about 50M for TSB 3 and pipeline. I will admit that I am not certain on the figure but I think it was around there. Could be wrong. The thing is that MRP will have to raise money to go forward. The best option would be to flow TSB 1 and use the cashflow to acquire a good line of Credit, but even to do this, they still need to stimulate TSB 1 and then build a pipeline. You are right on Aldrin money photoman, ALN has a market cap of only 5.2m at present so cant have an account as large as I had claimed. I stand corrected and will look up where I got this 40m latter and post.
