Mira Resources Corp > CEO SHOULD RESIGN

CEO SHOULD RESIGN

Johnathan More needs to be fired.  He does not have prior oil and gas experience, OR corporate administration experience and it is really starting to show.  Re-entry was screwed up, takeover hype turned out to be an empty promotion (share price plummeted and no offer 1/2 year later), resource hype turned out to be an empty promotion (missed guidance by a mile), now he is telling the takeover story from one side of his mouth while conducting a vulture financing out the other.  That makes no sense.  High yield converts at 20 cents with a full warrant? That is not the type of terms a company that is in play give out to investors. Quite the little story teller he is, problem is everybody knows it now and the trust is gone.

The share price and shareholder confidence has been absolutely destroyed under the lead of John More.  The only way the market will give this stock another chance is if they see him gone.

It is in the best interest of shareholders that John More resigns immediately.

Some of what you say has merit, some of it certainly does not.   Firstly, the re-entry was not screwed up. It was completed without incident and improved considerably (200-300%) the oil pay, when compared to the original Shell logs. The inability to test all intervals was a direct result of well bore damage from the original drilling by Shell, nothing to do with the re-entry ...more

"The published NR stating an updated NI51-101 was the biggest, also the imo unacceptably long wait for this document.." Have you ever published a NI51? Why don't you give us your stupid reason why you think management is delaying?

They published it on the last day allowed by law.  It said zero reserves.  But they led us to beleive it would say otherwise.  Another punch in the gut to the poor shareholders.

LOL Frak, your brutal honesty makes me laugh.  I pretty much agree with you guys about the dissapointment and need for a change on top. If the CEO resigns I will buy back in.  I cant buy this with John running the circus, know him too well.

Even as a long with a sizeable stake in this compay, I have to admit, JM has been performing poorly, and does not know how to manage investor / street expectations at all....Little to know experience in operations, but despite this, I cannot justify selling stock at 17-18 cents. We will see if he can deliver in the next 1-2 months, at least we have some decently experienced people backing up the ...more

why does a poster, basher, post extremely negative views on a company? if they honestly believed the stuff they posted, they surely would not be a shareholder, they would have sold their shares and moved on, and would not return to post unless... either they are short or are actually trying to shake a few shares out because they are buying or they are just plane stupid and vindictive All in ...more

I really enjoy when companies prosecute bashers on SH for lies about management etc.

Hey fracpak, maybe you could find yourself in court someday... Not so in Canada, where last March small cap resources firm Farallon Mining Ltd won damages of $425,000 against a user of online site Stockhouse. It was the biggest defamation payout ever awarded against a single person in Canada.https://mobile.reuters.com/article/topNews/idUSTRE6AL1S520101122?i=1&irpc=932

Investpro, Why do you try to control the message board? Why do you try to scare away the negative opinions? Do you honestly think John More is doing a good job?   Why are you defending the company, you must be losing money hand over fist with the rest of us... you would think you would welcome a change on top as commonly happens with poorly performing companies.  Just asking, please dont ...more

MiningMonster, thanks for your questions.  FYI, I never lobbied SH to remove a post.  Didnt even know that you could?  I suppose SH thought that fracpack's post crossed the line, exactly like I pointed out some bashers risk with their posts. I will point out the BS though, as obviously SH management feel the exact same way, they removed fracpac's post because they too think ...more
