Tracking Progress MD&A

Not worked out for us so far, i was just re-reading the latest MD&A. This is what we are looking at. We should know really by end of June exactlky where we are. No debt financing and we are kaput!!!

- The Company is now focusing on bringing a world class management team with operational experience in Nigeria to take the Company forward and anticipates being able to announce new positions immediately on completion of the initial $5,000,000 non-brokered private placement. I had 05/23 as around the time for this.

- In the immediate short term, the Company will continue to focus on obtaining all the necessary funds to fund the development of the Tom Shot Bank Marginal Field until production operations can commence. This funding will come from a combination of equity and debt from a Nigerian bank. The Company anticipates all funding to be secured by June 2013.

GLTA - getting closer to make or break. End of June fits in with your timelines Bejeezus and whilst i'm not yet sold on the MMT link, is it more than coincidence??? What is your opinion here? Mix of Nigerian bank debt and farm in to assets? Thanks, Mark.

The TSB is the real prize and the hardest thing to land!! can`t stress that enough The Nigerians as it ...more

I agree i am over simplifying, as for me with everything that has happened i want them to achieve simple things. New Operational board members and financing to drill. I do not feel i can at all relax until those 2 items are ticked off, as that would reverse the culture of under-performance that plagued this company so far.   Your angle on MMT is very interesting though, i have very little ...more

Well some innocuous questions posed to both sides of Mart and Miras management came up with too many same time same place scenarios to be just coincidental..... Mart seems to be walked down in a fashion that suggests future  dilution..even though the boys will tell you its this or that. Miras been walked down too far for a co with 17 million P50 reserves from one hole If I was Wade I would ...more
