54 million merger? you can have my shares at 8c or even less  Mart puts up the money to get Mira to flow and pay them 54 million LOL (I WISH) What kind of dream are you in? you can have my shares for 6-8c Mart could get Mira for 15-20 million with in all out purchase of all outstanding shares.

Mart will see $2 and $3... no doubt about it.  Not so sure with Mira making it threw these tough times or i would be buying all i could. I have cash to buy a few million shares if i wanted too. When are the funds coming? merger? buyout? You and i have no answer for that. Management told me they were waiting on one last funds to be transfered months ago and nothing. Now it's plan B
