TD cross trades

A lot of TD to TD cross trades been happening the last few days. Every single time the price ticks up, a TD to TD trade drops it back down. Looks a little suspicious to me.

They have been cross trading for a couple of months continually...to the down side. I have personally reported this activity. This is illegal activity. The more that report it the better one would assume...
