Can someone please tell what I'm missing. Some of the institutional brokers MUST be surpressing the stock price. There is NO way this stock price should be in the mid-teens!

Yes I can. MRS is a major competitor to ADS.  It is ADS who is suppressing the share price shorting and driving the price down.  ADS does not want MRS to succeed.  Years ago before the unifire merger, MRS halted stock trading for months until the merger was finalized. Agreed 100% In time this stock will break out. I believe more great news is just around the corner as Covid is at record highs. Be ready for a scary breakout

Getting on the OTCQB next year should be the start of more serious upward movement.  The SP is extremely undervalued and some extra attention is what this company needs to breakout.
