My 2 cents

I hate the fact that the share price has been hostage to this stupid hearing.  90% of their revenue came from other avenues but still here we sit.  I can say with certainty that the heavy selling from PI financial and TD and BMO are likely angry warrant holders that continue to haunt as revenge for the loss of their warrants.  That being said, I understand that the typical warrant play is that you sell your existing shares above warrant price and use that money to buy the warrants.  In this case that didn't work out, however if people would have exercised them anyway they would have made huge profits.  Just goes to show that the warrant holders didn't believe in the company and just wanted a quick return.

As far as the court hearing goes, I'd be willing to bet that even if there wasn't a yes or no answer given on Friday that those in the know have a good idea of what the outcome will be.  I do have a feeling that with Trump out of office and Dems in power we have a much better chance now than ever to have the ruling overturned.  I'd also be willing to bet that whatever happened on Friday was leaked to a select few and the fact that the share price didn't drop significantly on Friday tells me that the outcome has a good chance of being positive.  Guaranteed had there been any bad news in the heating that someone would have caught wind and started the sell off which again is not warranted either way because of the small percentage of the income generated by the SOE.

With that said, I'm willing to bet that the shorts are praying the outcome is bad and will cause panic to cover their positions at a lower price.  Even if that happens we'll recover quickly.  If a positive outcome then the SP will aggressively climb like in the last run up to 0.48.  Either way, good luck to all and have a good weekend.

Yes all nicely said. Don't you think if anything was leaked as a positive the volume would have increased? Quiet company they keep there lips sealed- and I'm okay with that bc the number speak for themselves.... but it's a social world

Well the big players are ones shorting and messing around with the share price.  My theory is that if there was any negative outcomes from the hearing, they are the ones that would somehow catch wind of it and would immediately start hammering the SP.  They don't want the share price to rise quickly so if there is any positivity towards it they would just stay quiet and when the news ...more

Allibabba, do you know where this hearing is taking place? State? Court? So you know the specific names of those involved? If you know, please share. I could start to do a search through public court document, if I had more specifics. Otherwise, it would be a fruitless endevour

Gringotts, I don't know too many specifics regarding the hearing.  It's government dealings so they are pretty tight lipped about the whole thing.  I'd imagine we'll hear something in the near future.  I presume they've been waiting for this to pass before doing an update so they can speak to it.  Either way, I think this company is getting close to gaining ...more

Fair enough. Additionally, if the hearing is longer than a day or has been deferred or is subject to a court order of some type, court documents may not be public yet. Regardless, we shall all learn the results of the hearing soon enough.
