by the way Buck addressed all this in the video talking about this being a cyclical business the administration change as well as about departments so this is a feast and famine business that people are best to understand and those who keep talking about contracts should be ignored. This had a contract floor of around 125 million to a ceiling of 425 million over 2020 to September 2021 and the ...more
