I follow this company for some months now, I got in with a small investment yesterday which I am considering to double or triple if price conditions are right. 

I see MC of around 60 million but gross revenue a year of around 155-160 million so at least in revenue the company makes 2.5 the MC that is impressive and rare at this prices. Profit has to improve , currently 7-8% but never the less this company has net profits and is a huge operation and I have seen a lot improvement cutting the expenses. 

very decent float of around 200 million shares. I have not checked insider or institutions ownership (if someone has the data is appreciated). Point is why this company is not way over a dollar, even crazier why it was even lower a year ago. I see contracts,steady revenue. So ideas, comments, opinions are welcome.

Hey FV, The company has large revenue numbers from a PPE deal the landed almost a year ago to the day.  That contract lead to revenue of 112 million roughly.   The reason the price has collapsed is that they rely on government contracts at this point and don't have anything to forecast future revenue.  If they manage to get a multi year deal the share price will move up

Great answer, alli. I concur that Schwartz's options have been a real DRAG!!!  Hope he runs out soon. (Also it seems this has gone into a slow nose dive since May - if that's when he started this) I guess it's his way of getting back at Buck and the board.  (How much wiser would it have been for him to exercise at twice the current price). Revenge is best served cold I guess

Thanks a lot, that helps, I want this for the long run so I will set up a couple of buying orders to average down if it goes down but I hope it does not have to be the case. If they got good contacts after this year they have been delivering the contract they will prevail (with the last news it looks like they still will get contracts). Just to add, insiders bought in June and july on the market that is very good.  Raczykowski Daniel owns 12 974 641 shares that is very good, and Marshall Buck 231 154 I hope it also help.

If you play it right is an opportunity, I set up a buying order for .20. I just got in and I am setting myself buying orders to where I think it might go but I also have my sell order at 1, I think there are a lot of potential here.
