It will be significant when a few of them gather 200K plus shares over multiple buys.

I completely agree. The purchases thus far have been rather small but they are happening quite regularly. Obviously there is no blackout in place as of yet or they would not be able to buy. I guess that means no meaningful news that management is aware of is on the horizon. But a contract, can happen at just about any time. Nevertheless, these buys have to be viewed as positive. :)
