However, we now need a team that can land contracts. The current team successfully did what they were good at. A new team is now needed to win contracts - emphasises on the "s". If you are hired to sell - sell! If you are hired to land contract - land contracts. If you can't do neither resign and seek a job you within skill set. 

Thank you for straightening up things, especially after the mess last by the previous management team. Well Done! We now need to transition into a new team that can land contracts. Buck and team, please  do the honorable thing and resign.

OK just by news releases Shwartz was by the looks of it forced to step down July 28th 2020 and the company landed the huge contract on September 18th 2020 was that Shwartz or was that Buck and those who were still on the board. That huge contract resulted in the difference between 233 million and 2017 revenue 12 million 2018 revenue 23 million and 2019 revenue 25 million so if I am not mistaken on

*2018 revenue was supposed to read 13 million not 23 million as the sum total of 2017 to 2019 from my recollection as I stated is around 50 million.

Your posts are hard to read but I think you support my position.  Ironically, Schwartz and team (even though they were a mess) locked up the gowns contract; Buck and team were given a gift and an opportunity to prove themselves - perhaps the contract eas awarded because it was Buck and he was a known commodity to those awarding the contract. gringott you missed the purchase order of 3.8 million!!! So yes they landed one contract in addition to the bpa as you noted. The problem with what you are posting is what you are seeing which is understandable but incomplete. I have talked with ir and as I said he told me contracts are still being worked on and disbursements still being done the time frame was not set in stone. Now as to your
