there is certainly a 40-60 chance MRS gets all or a part of

this Billion dollar + contract. Afterall, we developed and improved the armor with the US Army over the last 7 years. Can you imagine the run when it is announced that this reputable publicly traded company is capable of filling contracts of this magnitude. This is exactly the team MRS, now under Uinfire management has put together. And remember, being a public traded company does not mean individuals are lining their pockets like they do ADS (repubes) and other private companies.

MRS has to report every quarter where the money is and where it is going. ADS can lie and cheat for years and get away with it becuase those lining their pockets do not say anything. Whereby, the investors in public traded companies will sound the alarm bells and action will be taken right away.

This is why MRS/UNI solid reputation is so important. It is good for Gov't (people's money) and good for investors (us, the people). And Dems are happy because the money gets spread around and spent. And the overall ecomony improves. Bottom up.
