Page 12 shows salary of Marshall, Shim and Nixon.= WOW!

Marshall= 2020 salary of  $   88,308
      "      =  2021   "            $ 345,966

an increase of                    $ 257,658  or  approx 291% ??????

Nixon = 2021 salary of       $306,187

Shim asalary a non issue.

Pretty damnn rich on both counts when our shareprice dropped to .15 from .25 same time last year !! which is  36% less than a year ago and Marshall's salary increases 291 %.

Please feel free to correct me if my numbers are in error.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?

WHAT HAS MARSHALL DONE TO DESERVE THIS KIND OF RENUMERATION, LIKEWISE NIXON.

This does not look promising at all to me.

comments please.

Sounds like a lot for sure, certainly a jump from $88k. $345k isn't a lot compared to some salaries but ya, "what have you done for me lately"? Was there a deal in place to boost the salary last year? When was that deal made and, what line of what page was it buried on? Regardless, these big salaries need to be based on performance milestones.

Note that the 2020 salary for Buck was for a small part of 2020, not the full year.  The increase and % chatted about is not accurate as a result.  Simply identifying the correct information for clarity.  Cheers

How ugly was today ? Regardless that 2020 was not a full year salary for marshall his 2021 salary is still raping "U" the shareholder for his ineptness at  running this company along with his cohort that is also doing dickall for his robust salary. I do not like it one bit. PERIOD.

This posted approx. 7 hrs. ago and shows 78 reads without one comment from anyone.    Therefore I assume  the MRS  shareholder is in absolute   awe of how he/she is being financially raped by the hugh increase  in and  paid  salaries   without any shareholder value being returned, or the shareholder is extremely happy as to the progress of ...more
