The Company announced that Terrace L. Nixon has resigned as the Chief Compliance Officer and a member of the board of directors of Mission Ready Solutions Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Nixon leaves the Company’s Management and Board of Directors positions to focus on personal endeavors and increasing professional commitments.
