I luv it! Save the money on the departing execs and buy back the stock.  The Board is making a sound decision.  One of these years, it's going to pay off.

It ought to pay off now, not one of these years. The company has been listed for 15 years and scads of execs have made millions but the share price is little higher than when it started trading a decade and a half ago. Why would a company spend cash now when we are entering an economical nuclear winter? Keep the cash for drilling. Actually find something.

It can't be argued that MRZ has been a terrible investment and that we are entering an economical nuclear winter, that said and as with any other exploration company this is all about whether they or their partners hit something viable. Personally I prefer a company that is cashed up with many projects ongoing which MRZ has and with such a small market cap currently there's more than a

Well, it's almost the same share price as when it started trading, so isn't that the very definition of a bad investment? if you don't like that, look at the last 4 years of charts. It's down down down. They may have projects staked but they have an poor record of managing exploration. They found one thing in almost two decades and it was literally sticking out of the ground.
