He is implying that Timothy finally has his moment to shine and played his cards well. After working for two decades on this gig - quite in the shadows - he is finally in a position to demand a title for ego and posterity. The timing might indicate Timmy found a monster and wants to be the VP of Ex when it gets announced.

Spot on itismine and well deserved, if that is indeed the case. We'll know soon enough! As regards our copper assets/partnerships, especially following the GS super cycle announcement I'm also reasonably optimistic that we may get a little busier on this forum as investors seek out the less obvious copper exposure. The obvious stocks have been going nuts.
