Over a billion dollars in the pipeline

I found a link this week on the company web site claiming over 1.9 billion dollars in possible new business in the pipeline. Obviously they are waiting on approvals but a 10 million market company with so much coming makes you think this could easy shoot over $1 a share this summer.
