Hi, Good for you. I too own MTB. I already commented on the proposed PP but nobody bother to listen these days. My take is that this PP won't go through because it is not consistent with the current market conditions. Any comments? Or should we just start talking about something else? cheers, huxley

Hola Hux - Just to clarify: You feel due to present sentiment that the price is too high or that the financing itself will not come through ?  Also I just re-read the NR and did not see any prospective closing date.. I'm not the pro that many people on these boards are, however if I'm not mistaken, there is often some sort of guidance by a companmy as to when they envison any ...more

Congrats MTB team. Very positive news. Speaks volumes. IMO

Thanks for sharing your opinion. I think we should start talking about something else because im quite certain the PP will close. Keep on mind MTB is very tightly held so it deosnt take much buying volume to move it higher. If someone wanted to get a good sized position here ahead of more good news the buying would move the price considerably higher. The PP is also flow through so it is always ...more

Closing the PP will be tough if the share price does not move up. On the other hand the PP gets revised lower once they realize the share price is not moving up. Nobody in their right mind will buy in when the stock price is 40% LOWER then the offer of the PP.

This is a good illustration of just how out of tune you are. You were here bashing months ago and now back with more of your bad attitude and ego. The PP closed earler today.  https://stockhouse.com/news/press-releases/2020/11/17/mountain-boy-minerals-closes-flow-through-private-placement-of-1-675-800

The very least I would expect is a flow-through PP above the 50-day SMA (CDN$ 0.43), and since flow-through PP are usually done at a premium... Cheers, Guy
