Roll back shares last year but I have not looked at the amount of O/S as of today.

Sorry on the rollback date but glad you found the information. It went from 4 to 20 cents I believe. Then went as high as 50+ on intraday high and has basically colapsed back to the Rollback days. The death of Bernard Wilfried did not help the stock either since many believed it was him that had turned the company around but sadly they are still tied with DEC.

The Bernard family is still very much involved in MTB. Rene Bernard is on the Board and is the largest shareholder and has been steadily buying shares on the open market as you can see from insider buying.

With only 54m shares outstanding, the float is small with a large insider holding. If retailers start buying in, the sp will jump quick.
