CEO buys shares

Lawrence Rolston,the CEO of MTB, bought 375,000 shares of MTB from the recent private placement of 8.6 million shares at 4 cents. This brings his total holdings to 1,165,500 shares. His previous purchases of MTB shares,(790,500 shares of MTB) were all done at much higher prices so he really averaged down with his recent purchase. Back in 2022 he bought 70,000 shares at 0.145 cents and 69,000 shares at 15 cents just to get an idea of what this was trading at 2 years ago. All this information is public on the SEDI site.
