I hate dilution but If these guys are going to build this thing into a multi-Billion dollar company one day should I even be concerned about it? What are the boards thoughts on this raise?

By looking few companies in the same business, we can see the following Canadian Natural Resources Limited - Share price : 41,63 $CAD - Number of shares : 1,1 billion Husky Energy Inc. - Share price : 16,95 $CAD - Number of shares : 1,01 billion Based on this, we could conclude that 1 billion of share isn't a handicap for becoming a multi-billion company. Good point Hector. Also if my memory serves me right I think Talisman had close to 1 billion shares before they were bought out by repsol. I'm trusting management here that they know what they are doing.
