Is there any way to read this other than the company is broke, has no legal options, has no property to explore, and has no hope whatsoever?   How can the shares be worth anything but ZERO?

Well they must have some sort of plan.  Name change, moving Hinchcliff.  We know they are broke and trying to hold on.  Definatly not the situation we want to be in after this BS arbritration.
