Textbook Accumulation & Breakout

I have seen this movie many times before. After trading in a sideways range for a period of time (accumulation) a stock then breaks out and finds its next consolidation (accumulation) range. Much higher left to go in this breakout phase it would appear.

I don't disagree with anything you are saying since you have more investing knowledge than I would; however, we have also seen the movie with the stock going to .28 cents or so the day before the last investor call. No doubt the stock was punished for less than stellar results post-financial release, but what drove it up to that point?  Why were people accumulating then?  We also go ...more
