I seriously do not understand the rational behind not putting Antoine in charge as CEO. What do we have to lose? Why is it so hard to make a move? You have a suitable replacement, who at the very least, can run the company in the interim until someone else is found if he doesn't want the job full-time.  There is just no life in this company and we need new leadership. Totally agree, Trevor. By keeping Proctor on, it is an indictment of the board (including Bruce and Terry).  I don't get it either - any growth is coming from GSX and not from legacy Martello.  Antoine should be given the reigns - perhaps he will soon and they just wanted to acclimate him to the board first.  Proctor neither deserves any more chances nor his inflated salary for ...more

What do they think he brings to the table that they can't get from someone else, and more importantly, when is he going to bring that to the table after 3 years in charge? Considering that we have more shares that the Board members except for Matthews and Linton, we should demand that the most qualified and interested one of us should be immediately appointed to the Board so that the Board can fulfill its fiduciary duty. All the seat warmers on the Board and in the CEO chair should be removed. We have voiced our concern for months as to why they own no shares and ...more

Keep us in the loop JackBNimble. An activist campaign is the right way to ensure our interests are protected and shareholder value maximised. I don't have the emails of the Board members handy, but I would assume if you are able to find at least one and send an official letter, it is their duty to present it to the Chair and other Directors, respectfully.

Thanks. I also agree with the separation of the CEO from the Board so that he can be fully accountable to the Board. Where there is room for an exception is where a founder and owner of a company holding the majority of shares needs to establish a board. In a case like this, he should be the CEO and the Chair of the Board. But with the current CEO, he is not a founder and does not own any shares ...more

Yeah, it's kind of awkward for the board  to plan to fire the CEO when the CEO is on the board Honestly, this is not rocket science.  Even at our church, our board of elders are comprised of various leaders.  The senior pastor is NOT on the board.  So if the board decides to remove the pastor, there is no conflict.  If churches can be run with a leadership structure ...more

while I agree 100% with your comments, sometimes that awkward conversation needs to happen. So just because John sits on the board that means we are stuck with him for eternity? I sure hope not !!

Totally agree, Putting John in the CEO position has been a failed science experiment!  He might be a good number three or four person in a larger company to see-through aquisitions but CEO for this micro cap company that should be capturing market share like nobody's business is clearly out of his wheel house.  Extremely frustrating that a change has not been made, definitely leaves ...more

Honestly, with the type of revenue growth they've shown in the last three years for a small tech company they should've never gone public.  The revenue growth rate is barely what a large cap mature tech business would be.  Not only should they not have gone public,  I also don't believe they have any business talking about uplisting to the TSX with 20 million in revenue. ...more

I continue to email Bruce asking for Johns removal as CEO effective immediately but haven't received a reply. This has gone on far too long. The Newsletter should have resulted in the termination right then and there. The lackluster Q2 results and subsequent share price plummet should also have been grounds for termination. Keep following up with Bruce weekly if you do not hear back. Keep replying to the same email chain asking for a response and/or action. Keep drilling the message home. He said in the t shirt interview which seems like ages ago that he will be more present and help mtlo out. Ask for tangible proof of what he has done to help because the share price movement since then would really disagree of any ...more
