where is the best place to start collecting information on these scumbags? SEDAR? Does that contain all of the management salaries ? Ownership? Etc ?

a quick Google search resulted 4 members of management salary totalling over a million dollars. That's only 4 of God knows how many people they have on the management payroll. Let's dig up figures on all of management and the board and get totalling this up!! This is criminal !! Massive breach of fiduciary responsibility!!!

Actually mtlo is one of the worst tech stocks on the venture...believe it or not most of them receovered from the lows last February while we are sitting with our dik in hand. Pathetic

hey , I know that losing money is part of the market and I'm fine with that. What I'm not fine with is a bunch of crooks taking a company public so they can line their pockets on the backs of Canadian shareholders. I wonder if they were all sitting around laughing when they were coming up with the board and salaries. A company in this position should NEVER be handing out salaries like that

To date, 1 accomplishment... acquisiiton of GSX. They also needed 2 loans and a public offering to get it done. That tells you something

No doubt that they are receiving premium compensation but unfortunately there is nothing that says that they cannot do so. Maybe living in that space for so long has insensitized them how big that money is and to justify it, you have to have happy shareholders. Probably have to wait until the AGM to ask the tough questions and have someone answer them infront of the entire board and shareholders
