Buying More

This company is super under valued and is a perfect position to get acquired. Seeing in the next 32 months a potential sale to an ISP or a Microsoft it's self for 3x valuation or more. Just about another 35,000 shares.

I highly recommend buying between 0.18cents and 0.35cents a share and holding. This is a long play but remember the more people that work from home the more people we'll need companies like this to keep them up and running.

Until MTLO can prove its cloud-based multitenancy platform works and has value for customers everything hangs in the balance.  These guys are very cautious so I am optimistic they got it right, but who knows.  The longer the wait for the official launch the less the sp will appreciate.  They have bought some time and now need to show investors that this platform will grow ...more

Cautious? Google "Martello Elfiq". First hit, Jan 14, 2018 Martello completes merger with Elfiq. Second hit, Jul 22, 2020 Martello sells Elfiq. Sorry is so many feel that they still have to prove themselves, beside looking at the SP.
Comment by PatiencePays123 on Feb 19, 2021 11:36pm
They sold it because the world changed. Hospitality is where elfiq was focused and since covid who needs hotels with remote work? If they had kept efliq they would be in a much worse financial position today. I'd much rather have it this was. The ceo did the right thing selling it.
Comment by canyousayiii on Feb 20, 2021 6:46am
Read the 2018 merger newssrelease. Elfiq was addressing the fastest growing market segment of all the things they were doing. I dont question the sale because I truat they could not make it work. I question the acquisition. They sold it in July so your explanation for the sale is likely very inaccurate and there were problems well before Covid.

Elfiq is going much better since getting sold for pennies from mtlo. Read an article by adaptiv networks some time! Martello was in panic mode when they got rid of it because all their business lines were suffering. Was embarrassing that they sold it for that low a price.
Comment by PatiencePays123 on Feb 20, 2021 10:15am
Well if it is going better, then good. MTLO has shares in the company they sold Elfiq too. The Elfiq sale and GSX purchase marked a refocus of the company. All for the better in my eyes. It is still early days and the results last week were encouraging of the years and market opportunity ahead.

You are baiting us to appear more negative than we really are, by putting the cart before the horse. You have already concluded that they are going to do great. What is it that the rest of the market can't see or are you just saying thatbthe thing they don't do well is represent the company properly to the investment community?
Comment by PatiencePays123 on Feb 20, 2021 11:33am
The stock is still a microcap with limited audience. I think it needs to put out continuous news when it signs new customers or partners and keep showing quarter over quarter growth. There will be a point in time when the business hits a critical mass inflection point and the market will really start to care. I think this point is coming soon. The numbers would suggest so anyway.

People are probably waiting till their expenses are in line, they are very high despite your thoughts and managements explanation. institutional investors don't care to invest yet as it is extremely risky and analysts may change their rating to hold based on this. They need to get their balance sheet in check and hopefully they can do it without further dilution via public offerings and ...more

Anyone considering operating leverage? They have 2.2 million MS 365 Gizmo users and projecting the next four quarters to increase by another 60%. Grew by 17% q to q.  Management expects to have 24 million users by 2024 -yes that would be roughly $22 million in quarterly revenues for Gizmo alone. Operating leverage drops much of those revenues to the bottom line. If they hit 60% to 70% of ...more

Operating leverage will make this a billion dollar enterprise value company in just a few years...

Bigreturn11, I have been invested in MTLO for quite some time but I am not really in the know of what the clients really need. I thought Covid would have been a greater gift for MTLO's business by now than it has. But, whatever, I can wait. In terms of the operating leverage, while things from existing products could feed to the bottom line, the gross margins for software companies are not ...more

The MTLO CEO has quoted "a fairly conservative" 40 million seats using Martello DEM software by end of 2024. Their recent MS 365 user projections have been fairly accurate. Watch starting at 3:20 for CEO commentary on users by 2024 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cd2_7qdEsgM -the entire presentation is very good. The percentage of 365 users utilizing DEM services will increase 400 ...more

Well, if he is able to come close to that target, I don't know what the financials will look like, but I would like to think that they should be such that would get us over a buck...disregarding any other things such as acquisitions (please no more dilution at these levels!) that may occur. You had the guess of $5, I like to be very conservative. Is a buck worth holding for for a few years? If ...more

I think there is some serious merit behind his 2024 target. If Gartner expects DEM to be mainstream by then, it will likely be true. They don't usuallly get things wrong and talk to all the biggest and most important companies in technology. Today is early adoption phase of DEM. The kind of opportunity facing MTLO is one of a generational opportunity.

I expect to see exciting M&A opportunities in the next year.  I would bet that once we see $0.50+ per share, the company will be using shares as currency and will head out to fill more gaps in their systems and complimentary service offerings through acquisition. Look at XPEL revenue growth -a SaaS tech business with CAGR consistent with MTLO growth rates. Revenues are probably 4 years ...more

Darn, Bigreturn11, if the rest of us were in XPEL maybe we would be less cranky. I hope you are a little bit right. But before we ascend into dollars or 10s of dollars, they have to giddy up to get the SP much higher quickly so that they can take advantage lf some m and a opportunities. I think most of us that would not be able to participate in any PP's would cringe at any dilution anywhere ...more

All great companies go through periods when the market is underappreciating their progress and they are unloved. Especially after a lacklustre couple of years.  That's the great arbitrage opportunity. These guys are quietly popping balls out of the park and one influencer will take note and share with others what is happening here and the markets will eventually clue in. It may not happen ...more
