What makes you think 15-17 is the bottom?  It could go lower.  If there is no major news on big wins and  there is a bad market correction then Bruce is your uncle.   The last Q indicated they had enough cash on hand.  The statement of general working capital means whatever they want it to mean.  Are they burning cash faster than expected?  Are they ...more
