MTLO CEO interview on Thursday, April 20

Small Cap Discoveries is interviewing CEO John Proctor on Thursday, April 22, 2021.

The interview video will be publicly available on +/- Saturday, April 24, 2021 on the Small Cap youtube channel Smallcap Discoveries - YouTube

Hoping to get some visibility into how things are going and their progress towards reaching 2021 goals for gizmo users.

Expect some higher volumes later this week, and hopefully above the recent private placement price which insiders took nearly $1 million at $0.19.

Another dud of an interview from an incompetent CEO. Couldn't even tell you how Martello's solutions work.

Is there any way for us to view this tonight live or will they just post it afterwards +/- Sat Apr 24 as you mentioned?
Comment by Hertevald on Apr 22, 2021 12:30pm
It is unlikely. Clearly, Martello is paying for the production of this video, is providing the soft ball questions for the interviewer to ask and will have final say over what portion of the interview that is posted on YouTube.

are these not in effect paid infomercials? So what would be the added cost of the company that is legitimizing this paid for interview? Are we talking about a $50,000 fee or more or less?
Comment by bigreturn11 on Apr 22, 2021 5:57pm
There is no fee paid for the interview and never has been.  The SmallCapDiscoveries subscribers request interviews from micro/small caps and they line up 2 to 3 interviews per week as part of their service.

Was anyone able to watch this interview live? If so could you summarize or note highlights for us?
Comment by bigreturn11 on Apr 22, 2021 6:10pm
John Proctor and Erin Crowe presented.  They did very well and presented on a new presentation. I belive it will hgit the public airwaves tomorro afternoon or Saturday. Here are a couple of highlights according to my rough notes (feel free to proof against the interview in the next couple of days): They were highly confident and appeared to be more than comfortable with their FYE22 exit ...more

Who stated there would be a share consolidation and why? Everything you wrote is great and appreciate the update. Not a bright move mentioning a share consolidation... no one will want to invest.
Comment by canyousayiii on Apr 22, 2021 7:02pm
Mikeyrob, as I fear maybe it is closer than we think if they want to do acquisitions. Maybe there is such knowledge out there that is keeping us down here.
Comment by Mikeyrob on Apr 22, 2021 7:15pm
Yup, no wonder proctor didn't break bank for the shares he bought. It would be pure stupidity. Do this consolidation soon... especially after a declining share price with 3 public offering in 2 years.
Comment by bigreturn11 on Apr 22, 2021 9:31pm
oh don't you worry MikeyRob, Proctor has incredible incentive to grow the business. When the flagship Gizmo product is growing at 60%+ annually, does it matter if the market cap of $50 million has 300 million shares or 50 million shares? I'd say fewer is better for a tighter structure, however a $50 million cap is a $50 million cap any way you slice it.   Companies with 60% SaaS ...more

I agree with you, bigreturn. Had I stumbled across MTLO a couple of months ago, my view would be different. Maybe things will be better than what we thought a couple of years ago, although some things like the board and exec compensation appears mighty high for the company their size. I agree with the consolidation and market cap. Theoretically, it should largely be a mathematical exercise ...more

Two new pumpers somehow connected with a promotional vehicle called Small Cap Discoveries. Interesting. If it works, watch for the dump.

haha good one! Check out the smallcapdiscoveries YouTube channel and you'll see that their content brings great value and there is a very loyal shareholder base within the group. An incredible device for uncovering undiscovered gems with or without subscription. There are numerous company profiles for all to see, many high quality micro caps that you won't hear of anywhere else ...more

Bigreturn, thanks for sharing your notes. You are much kinder to them in your posts than most. Maybe they are doing the right things for something spectacular a couple of years from now, but IMO the lack of their ability to present a message to the market effectively is something that gives pause for thought let alone the paltry management participation in share ownership. All these DEM things ...more

Good evening. This is a very well put together summary of the call. I am a subscriber of the newsletter and was pleased to see the company use it as a platform to promote the story to a good small cap investor network. I was pleased to see the level of confidence and enthusiasm in their business and how things are going. My gathering from verbal and non-verbal communication indicates they will ...more
